Need help identifying a stamp or using your subscription? Email ppejic89@gmail.com. Include your app version and a short description of the issue. Do not email payment-card details or Apple Account passwords.

Identification help

Photograph one stamp at a time on a flat surface, use even lighting, keep every perforated edge visible, and avoid reflections or blur. Identification and value ranges are estimates, not authentication or a professional appraisal.

Subscriptions

StampWise offers weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Prices, billing periods, trial eligibility, and renewal terms appear in the App Store purchase sheet before confirmation.

• To restore an eligible purchase, open StampWise, go to Settings, and choose Restore Purchases.
• To manage or cancel a subscription, open StampWise, go to Settings, and choose Manage Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Privacy and local data

Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Collection and History records are stored locally on your device. To remove them, open Settings in StampWise and choose Delete All Local Data. Removing the app also removes its local data.
