These supplemental terms apply to StampWise together with Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The app uses automated AI analysis to suggest a likely stamp identity and related information from a user-selected photograph. Results can be incomplete, uncertain, or incorrect. The app does not authenticate a stamp and is not a certification, catalog authority, or professional appraisal service.
Any value range is an informational estimate only, not a guarantee of price, condition, authenticity, rarity, or future sale value. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a purchase, sale, insurance, tax, legal, or investment decision. Consult a qualified philatelic expert when accuracy matters.
Premium access is offered through weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The App Store purchase screen shows the applicable price, billing period, trial eligibility, and terms before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can restore purchases or open Apple's subscription-management screen from Settings. Trials, refunds, billing, renewal, cancellation, and eligibility are administered by Apple.
Only submit images you have the right to use. A selected image is sent through the application's backend to an AI provider solely to return the requested analysis, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass rate limits, or submit unlawful material.
The service is provided on an as-available basis and may be unavailable when network, backend, App Store, or AI-provider services fail. To the extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded and is not liable for decisions or losses based on an identification or value estimate. Apple's Standard EULA controls where these supplemental terms conflict with it.
